Job Description:  SAP Regional Data Migration Lead Europe

In this key role you are managing the data migration during the roll-ins within Europe and you ensure the timely and quality execution.

You will report to the Head of Master Data Management and be part of the local Roll-in Management and member of the global MDM Team.

Your main responsibilities and tasks will be the following:

  • Setup and management of local migration teams
  • Collaborate with Roll-in management for appropriate skills and staffing of the MDM responsible in the process teams
  • Manage the local migration activities including mapping, extraction, cleansing, load and validation of data in the respective roll-in
  • Collaborate with the other migration leads and the central MDM team in the development and improvement of data migration tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with the central migration factory for appropriate timing and execution of the data loads


    We require systematic and transparent ways of working, as well as experience in IT Project Management and the following:

  • SAP ECC and CRM +2 years (consulting) or SAP ECC and CRM +4 Years (power user)
  • SCM & Service background
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Experience in deployment of projects
  • A Driving Personality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent English skills
  • Additional Language skills - German will be nice to have
  • High self motivation for delivery and a strong structural approach
  • Travel:
    - 2011 lead conversion for roll-in based in Germany
    - 2012 ongoing rotation trough European countries in approx. 6-9 months rhythm
    • Main Modules:  mySAP CRM,SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
