SAP CRM Specialist for Variant Configuration
Within this position you are responsible for
Building the Variant Configuration business processes in the CRM application area in co-ordination with the Process Experts throughout the design, build and test phase accurately translating business requirements into system functionalities
Creating the functional and technical specifications for enhancements, interfaces and data migration
Taking over the solution governance on the system side and therefore build strong relationships with the counterparts on the business side
Working in accordance with and helping to develop detailed work plans for our projects
Developing training, test procedures, and documents required for our implementation methodology
For these rewarding tasks in a global and dynamic environment we require broad competence such as systematic and transparent ways of working as well as good analytical skills and the following:
University degree in information technology, (applied) economics, commercial engineering or similar
More than 3 years of professional experience with SAP CRM in the area of Variant Configuration, especially IPC
Experience with other CRM areas, middleware or VC implementations/modelling in ECC is a plus
You have conducted at least one similar implementation project with a full life-cycle, including design, customizing, testing and training
You are a communicative team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude
You don't mind travelling to foreign countries (international, intensity depending on the project phase, overall below 50%)
You have very good English skills (written and spoken). Knowledge of German or other languages is beneficial
