| Job Description: | SAP CRM Consultant, Netherlands, English Speaking (Dutch a bonus) My client who is based in the Netherlands are looking for a SAP CRM Consultant for a permanent role in Noord Holland. They have implemented SAP CRM and are currently using internet sales part of the CRM application. They are now looking for a SAP CRM Consultant with hands on experience, who can configure / customize, lead and act as a adviser to the business on CRM, working close with the implementation partner, however this is a hands on CRM role. You will have a good background in SAP CRM and ideally be strong with Marketing and Campaign Management as well as having knowledge of Complaint and Returns Management, Quotation and Order Management, Contact and Account Management. The ideal candidate will have a good all round knowledge of CRM from a business perspective and have a mix of experience in CRM, ideally including: Activity Management, Lead and Opportunity Management, Pipeline Management and Territory Management.
