| Job Description: | SAP PM Support Analyst - South Wales SAP PM End User Support Consultant - Large greenfield projects - Wales The End User Support Analyst is responsible for providing a functional and process support service to the SAP user community and will have the knowledge and experience to support SAP. You will get involved in SAP queries and be able to document training material and provide end user training. The End User Support Analysts will specialise in PM. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: -Responsible for ensuring that incidents raised by the business are dealt with in accordance with target SLA's, through thorough analysis of the query and identification of the nature of the end user problem, in order that relevant solutions and/or advice can be offered -Ongoing monitoring of queries that have been added to their functional area, offering appropriate advice and support to end users across a broad and evolving range of queries and making and actioning appropriate solutions for repeat queries -Educate Super Users to ensure that they can provide end user training -Develop and implement end user training material and deliver training to a target audience, as and when required -Create a process to monitor multiple interfaces between SAP and other systems, analyse data and route issues to other departments -Develop SAP knowledge within assigned functional area and/or other SAP modules -Determine when heightened user awareness is needed and write and distribute appropriate communications across the business -Look for continuous improvement opportunities in terms of training and analysis of queries The ideal SAP PM Support Consultant will have good SAP commercial experience, good support knowledge and be able to demonstrate a solid level of interpersonal and communication skills.
